Great house, nice small pool. Enjoyed our stay. Positive: Very nice house with distinctive architectural features. Loved the pool on a hot day. Perfect for our family attending a family wedding Negative: Actually the large plant on sidewalk heading into the front door needs to be trimmed so you can walk through it.

We have photos documenting everything.Safety: Ground-floor doors cannot latch due to warping. A door handle came off in our hand. The only barrier to the street is a flimsy acrylic panel. The alternate entrance is a dangerous stack of unmortared cinder blocks.Condition: Door frames show rotting wood throughout. Walls have large cracks. Paint is peeling off the entry column and interior trim. The kitchen counter is cracked and badly patched. The tub has been painted over, with paint now bubbling and peeling into the drain.Cleanliness: Stained, dirty sheets on every bed. Animal hair on the comforter and sheets in the fireplace bedroom, which we slept in before discovering it. Black paw prints on two walls in that same room. The AC vent expelled a black substance when running. The refrigerator was so filthy we cleaned it at midnight just to store food. The freezer was completely iced over with hanging icicles.Pool: Dirty, full of insects, with a sagging liner pulling from the walls.
